U.S. Racing Club has formally entered into an Agreement to Purchase land and a significant portion of the road course from No Problem Raceway , located between New Orleans and Baton Rouge, Louisiana. No Problem Raceway is a profitable motorsports complex featuring an NHRA drag strip and grandstands as well as a 1.8 mile road course. The Company plans to change the name of the existing road course facilities to The CIRCUIT at GRAND BAYOU and has plans to significantly improve and enhance the road course portion of the complex. Tree removal and pre-construction has already begun. In addition to making improvements to the existing road course, the Company plans to increase its length and build surrounding ammenities, such as a clubhouse, garages, condos and more.
The Company intends to continue renting the road course to car clubs and increase awareness towards annual events, such as the Gulf Coast States Championship Racing Series, and has begun pre-selling "memberships" to corporations and individual enthusiasts who want unlimited access to the road course thoughout the year. Memberships of all levels are being sold at a discount for a limited time.
